Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the sneakers in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the sneakers, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
